What types of tech support do you offer?
For websites we’ve created, we offer content, image and video updates. We also offer WordPress tech support such as plugin and platform updates, database back-up and WordPress migration. We also offer a limited amount of domain and hosting support. Because we do not provide domains and hosting, we must work with your domain or hosting provider in order to solve issues with either of these services.
Even if you already have a website, we can offer limited tech support, including content, image and video updates and WordPress tech support. We do not offer domain or hosting tech support for sites we have not created.
What if I already have a website not created by you? Can you still offer support?
Yes, we can offer limited amounts of support, including content, image and video updates as well as WordPress tech support. We can also offer assistance migrating your website to the WordPress platform.
Is website tech support included in your web design services?
We do offer one week of free tech support for all websites created by us, immediately following completion of the project. However, we do not offer free tech support past this week. If you need additional tech support, you can order here on this page.
What happens when I need more tech support than this?
The convenient thing about tech support is that you are not billed until after our support is complete. We keep time sheets during every tech support project, and you’re billed according to the number of hours your project accrued. This means that you can use as few or as many tech support hours as you need while only making one payment.
What happens if my website breaks? What happens if it’s none of my doing?
When there’s an issue with a website, we first investigate to determine what the cause of the issue is. If we can determine that the issue was nothing you caused, but a technical issue with any part of your site that we’ve created, we will offer free tech support for one week following the completion of your website. We understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control, so we’re here to help!
If during investigation we find that an issue was caused by changes made by you or your webmaster, the tech support fee will apply.
