
This is a logo concept for Roth – The Idea Finders, a manufacturer of activity books and supplemental school supplies, presented in a public contest on 99 Designs. The concept was inspired by the company’s tag line – “The Idea Finders.” We envisioned this to mean a company that helps its customers by digging for the best and most organic ideas. The company’s name looks slightly cut off at the bottom, but in fact is made to look as if it’s sprouting from the ground. The light bulb integrated with the “R” also doubles as a shovel to represent the digging aspect of the concept. The outcome – a smart firm that digs deep for the brightest ideas!
