Toon Bee T-Shirt Design

This is a concept for Toon Bee, a job-force inspired web startup, presented in a public contest on 99 Designs. The concept incorporates several elements, including a Pixar-like character, as well as inspiration from some of the contest-holder’s favorites such as the “Bubblebee Gibson” company (the peeled apple effect) and the variety of stock images submitted as models or examples.

Because the brand is geared toward 18 – 50 year-old white collar employees, the t-shirt design was presented within a sport coat and collared shirt to further help the contest-holder visualize the concept’s direction.
