What are logo concepts?
Logo concepts are different logo designs that we submit to you for review. Concepts will be based on your described needs, goals and vision and can offer ideas on the various directions you can take your brand. As the first phase of your logo design process, you can choose the logo you want from the concepts we submit to you, and then we’ll clean them up and complete any revisions in preparation for sending you the finished logo.
What file formats can my logo be delivered in?
Our Brand Essentials™ and Brand Pro™ logo packages will have all custom logos delivered in .png and .jpg formats. The Brand Pro logo package will have all custom logos delivered in .png, .jpg and PDF formats. The PDF format will be best for professional printing jobs.
What are logo versions?
Logo versions are variations of the same logo. Often times when a logo is created, it has both text-based and image-based elements. We can separate these elements to give you 2 versions (or variations) of your logo to use in different campaigns and situations.
I see that I can choose any 2 stationary kit options. What do you offer?
We currently offer 5 stationary kit options for you to choose from:
- Letterhead Design
- Business Card Design (Front & Back)
- Envelope Design
- Return Address Label Design
- Envelope & Document Seal Design
With our Brand Pro™ logo package, you can choose any 2 of these options and they’ll be delivered in .png and PDF formats along with your logo. This way, we can start you off with a mini branding package!
What if I need more than the allotted number of revisions?
No problem. Once you’ve used up your allotted revisions for your custom logos, just come back to the website, hover over the Company link in the menu and proceed to the Revision Request form. You’ll be able to submit a request for any additional changes you need, and once we’ve filled your request you’ll be billed an additional $47. Please note that all revision requests beyond your allotment will be billed at $47 each.
Will I own the rights to my logo and any stationary kit design?
Yes. While we create the design, we’re creating it for you. Your payment transfers ownership of your logo and any other design we create to you. We may use your logo or stationary kit design in our portfolios around the web, but rest assured your design will belong to you and will never be altered or copied and sold to anyone else.
